Vitaly Ustimenko

Vitaly Ustimenko, PhD, has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Vitaly is currently serving as the CFO of Skillbox since March 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Member of the Board of Directors and CFO at MD Medical Group "Mother and Child" from April 2012 to October 2016. During their tenure at MD Medical Group, Vitaly successfully achieved significant milestones such as a $289 million IPO on LSE in 2012, expansion through five M&A deals, the construction and launch of state-of-the-art hospitals, and a substantial increase in group revenue and profit. Before joining Skillbox, Vitaly also served as the Group CFO at Inventure Partners from March 2019 to March 2020. Vitaly has also held various senior positions, including CFO roles at Солнечные продукты and GALEN, and worked in Capital Markets at Russian Helicopters. Earlier in their career, Vitaly gained experience in financial advisory services at Deloitte and business valuation services at FBK and Righton Audit. With their extensive background in finance and management, Vitaly has built and led successful teams, demonstrating their expertise in finance, treasury, budgeting, accounting, IFRS, IR, corporate, and legal matters.

Vitaly Ustimenko, PhD, completed their education in finance and accounting with a strong focus on finance and credit valuations. From 1998 to 2003, they attended the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, where they obtained a specialist diploma in Finance and Credit Valuations. In 2008, they briefly pursued further education at the State University of Management (SUM), earning a candidate of economic sciences degree in Accounting and Finance.
