Alex Dotsch's work experience is as follows:

- At Skill Capital, they held various roles including Principal, Senior Associate, Associate, and Graduate Associate. They supported executives and large-cap private equity investors in finding roles and originating, diligence, and staffing deals.

- At Lawful Survival, Alex Dotsch was the Director and Co-Founder. They focused on equipping professionals and civilians with the skills to handle violence effectively through a study and evidence-based framework.
