Colin Howell is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience supporting organizations in building ethical, inclusive, and resilient workplaces through innovative learning and development strategies. Colin has held various roles in the learning and development sector, including positions at GE Information Services, GXS, Learning Tree International, GBS Corporate Training, and most recently as an Account Manager at Skillcast Group plc. At Mind Tools, Colin focused on empowering clients to navigate workplace challenges through accessible performance tools. Colin holds a BSc in Earth Science from Kingston University and is a parent of two primary school-aged children who inspire continuous learning and development.
