Ruchir is currently serving as the Founder & CEO of SkillCat, an app that property managers and contractors use to hire techs and retain talent. During their time at SkillCat, Ruchir has focused on sourcing talent from new pools, implementing data-driven screening processes for interviews, and maximizing career growth and productivity for techs.

Prior to SkillCat, Ruchir founded and served as the CEO of Learn To Drill, an online training company aimed at building a safer and more sustainable energy industry. The company offered online well control courses and simulators, accessible on smartphones, tablets, and laptops, with an AI instructor. Ruchir successfully secured a global simulator contract with Chevron during their tenure at Learn To Drill.
