Terry Young is the Chief Executive Officer of P3 Services LLC, leading a professional team with a vision to become the premier provider of construction and services. With over two decades of experience in the HVAC industry across North America and internationally, Terry has worked in various executive roles, including Industry Advisor for SkillCat and TechSee, and has held positions at notable companies such as Trane and Daikin Applied. Terry holds a Diploma in F&M Engineering from TAFE College of New South Wales and has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and customer-oriented service throughout their career. Currently, Terry serves as a Board Member for TriplePoint MEP, further enhancing their impact in the mechanical services sector.
