Tony Charles

Tony Charles has a long and varied career in the business and military sectors. Tony currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at SkillDirector. Prior to this, they were Vice Chairman TC309 Corporate Governance at the InterNational Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS) from 2018 to 2021. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief Client Officer at Steele Compliance Solutions, Inc. where they were responsible for ensuring that the client experience exceeded expectations by helping to solve client problems through technology and services. From 2011 to 2016, they served as Vice President of Strategic Development and Director of Operations at STEELE Compliance and Investigation Services. From 2009 to 2011, they were a GI/Derm District Manager at Warner Chilcott. From 2005 to 2009, they were the Board of Directors Secretary at the California Theirpanic Osteoporosis Foundation. From 1997 to 2005, they held various roles at Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals, including Market Manager, GI Category Manager, Senior Regional Customer Marketer, GI Specialty District Manager, Primary Care District Manager, GI Project Manager, and Field Sales Trainer. From 1988 to 1997, they served in the California Army National Guard as an Infantryman. From 1986 to 1988, they served in the US Army as an Infantryman.

Tony Charles attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a BA in English, a BA in English Literature (British and Commonwealth), and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General.
