Skilled Coaching is the AI-Augmented Commercial Operating System for SME founders. We install senior fractional leadership across strategy, RevOps, sales, content, and finance, embedded inside founder-led businesses doing $1M–$10M, and run by us.

Our flagship offering, The Commercial OS, replaces the patchwork of agencies, coaches, and fractional executives with one integrated commercial engine. Two modular services stack on top: the Fractional CRO and the Fractional CFO.

SKC AI Appointment Engine
Introducing our global leading fully integrated AI appointment setter system.

What's different:

– AI-Native: Skilled Coaching is built around our own AI architecture from day one. Pipeline Guardian, Content Scheduler, and Metrics Aggregator agents run alongside our human team, so clients get enterprise-grade execution without enterprise overhead.
– Embedded, not advisory: We don't send decks. We install systems and run them. Weekly cadence, monthly board meetings, quarterly sprints.
– Sanity metrics, not vanity metrics: A live Commercial OS Dashboard becomes the single source of truth for every commercial decision.

Founding Cohort currently open. 12 seats. Founding rates. Direct access to Alex Alexandrou & Deb de Raad.
