Mike Nguyen

Mike Nguyen has a wealth of work experience in recruitment and sourcing. Mike began their career in 2009 as a Recruiter/Sourcer/Research/Selection with Glandore Systems, where they were responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates for positions with their clients. In 2010, they joined Startup Recroot as a Recruiter/Sr. Sourcer/Internet Researcher, where they recruited and sourced for international startups and emerging companies. In 2012, they became the Founder/Sourcing Manager at VSourcery, providing cost-effective recruitment solutions to startups and tech companies. Mike also held positions as a Senior Sourcer/Sourcing Project Manager at High-Reaching Fruit and as a Sr. Technical Sourcer (Remote) at Toptal. Most recently, they have been a Recruiter at Skilled Inc. since 2019, where they facilitate mock technical interviews that provide detailed, useful feedback.

Mike Nguyen attended Truong dai hoc can-Tho from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science.
