Dylan Farrell is an experienced customer service professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at the Industry Training Authority (ITA) since July 2019, Dylan previously worked at Hertz from November 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included roles as a Call Center Agent and Corporate Services Representative. Earlier experience includes a position as Duty Manager and Sales Assistant at Caulfield's Supervalu from April 2013 to November 2016. Dylan holds a Higher Certificate in Business Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
