Max Logan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Max currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at SkilledTradesBC, where they have been working since 2021. Prior to this, Max served as the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from November 2021 to January 2024.

Later on, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Simon Fraser University.
