At Skillee, we don't just automate. We liberate. 🚀

We build AI agents that take the repetitive work off recruiters' plates — so they can focus on what actually matters: the human conversation.

Our belief: ethical AI should handle the noise, not the nuance.

Meet the team:

🔹 Charlee — The Outreach Specialist 📞
Our proactive voice agent. She calls candidates, holds natural conversations, and pre-qualifies profiles 24/7 in 90+ languages. No more black-hole applications. Every candidate gets a voice.

🔹 Gabee — The Inbound Architect 🤖
Lives on your career page. Turns static CV uploads into a 3-minute skills-first interview. Spots potential where keyword filters see nothing.

🔹 Julee — The Conversation Keeper 💬
Engages, qualifies, and re-engages candidates on WhatsApp — where they actually read. Keeps your pipeline warm without lifting a finger.

🔹 Billee — The Interview Partner 🎙️
Our next agent, built for situational interviews. Coming soon.

Each agent works standalone or together. All of them plug natively into your ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Beetween, BambooHR, and 90+ more). No new tool to learn. No double entry.

Built in France. Hosted in Europe. GDPR and EU AI Act compliant by design — because trustworthy AI isn't a feature, it's the floor.

Trusted by Bpifrance, ISEP, Beetween, eRecruiter, Student Link, and growing.

Our mantra: less admin, more empathy.
