Rasha Sam is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR strategies and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at SkillGigs.com since March 2023, Rasha has successfully consolidated HR systems, resulting in significant operational cost reductions and enhancements in employee experience. Previously, Rasha held the position of VP of Human Resources Transition and Outsourcing at KGG, where efforts supported employee retention and business growth, including integration of a $20M acquisition.
