Talha Rasheed began their work experience in 2013 at Mobile Link Group Inc, where they held the positions of Sales Accountant and Sales Consultant. In 2018, they joined SkillGigs as a Talent Success Advocate, where they played a key role in building an AI-based sourcing platform and top talent marketplace. At SkillGigs, they helped employers source and match the best talent using advanced technology, while also offering valuable insights to job seekers on finding the perfect job.

Talha Rasheed attended the University of Houston from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
