SkillHER Workforce Pathways is a Central Ohio initiative preparing women for workforce entry, re-entry, and career advancement through practical career, digital, and financial skills.

Many workforce programs focus on a single area of training. SkillHER takes an integrated approach — because long-term success requires more than one skill.

Our programs focus on three essential pillars:

• Career development and workplace readiness
• Digital literacy and practical technology skills
• Financial capability, including income management, credit, and benefits navigation

SkillHER works with women, immigrants, refugees, and families facing real barriers to workforce participation. We partner with community organizations, employers, and workforce leaders to connect training directly to real employment pathways.

Every SkillHER program is designed with a clear outcome: helping participants build the full toolkit needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

We are proud to be rooted in Central Ohio and committed to expanding opportunity across our community.
