School at Night (SAN) is an evening education company at the intersection of AI, culture, and entrepreneurship. Our mission is to equip diverse adult learners—especially African-American creators, parents, and professionals—with the skills, certifications, and community needed to thrive in the digital economy.

We meet people where they are: busy adults balancing work, family, and financial pressures. What they find at SAN is more than a class—it’s a community that feels like a blend of college campus energy, church fellowship, and startup bootcamp.

Our programs focus on practical, project-based upskilling. Students learn how to:

Use AI to produce short films, books, and digital products

Build and brand creative side hustles

Develop custom AI assistants to save time and generate revenue

Apply cultural intelligence to storytelling and product design

Earn certifications that verify both technical and creative mastery

Every SAN course is designed with one principle: students leave with something finished. Whether it’s a digital guide, a mini-film, or a certification, learners walk away with tangible proof of skill that can be monetized immediately.

We’ve trained 11,000+ students to date, with 7,000 paid learners and 40,000 on our listserv. Classes remain intentionally small to maximize completion rates, supported by a robust Teaching Assistant pipeline that ensures personalized attention.

Our vision is to scale beyond courses into a recognized institution of AI certification and cultural upskilling—with companion textbooks, industry-verified credentials, and a national tour serving hundreds at a time.
