Paul Young has extensive experience in land surveying and project management, currently serving as Survey Manager at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. and Project Manager at S&F Land Services. Since September 2022, Paul has also been associated with OPEN. Previous roles include PLS Chief of Parties at APS Survey & Mapping and various positions at APS Survey, MacKay Sposito, Shaw Group, Hedges & Roth, and Pac~Tech. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Civil Engineering/Land Surveying from Green River College and studies at the University of Wyoming. Paul has developed a strong skill set in land surveying, civil drafting, and field operations throughout a career spanning over two decades.
