Katy Fitzpatrick

Katy Fitzpatrick is an experienced product leader specializing in user-centered design and product management. At SkillLab since May 2025, Katy leads the development of a platform that connects individuals to employment and education, while mentoring a team of product managers. Previously, at KOKO Networks, Katy served as Director of Product Management, overseeing a customer strategy that facilitated a significant shift to cleaner cooking fuels, and as Principal Product Manager, driving notable growth in fuel sales. Earlier roles included Product Manager at Let's Do This and various positions at Google, where Katy contributed to the Android Google Search App and the UK launch of Google Home products. Katy's career began in investment banking, with analyst positions at Greenhill & Co. and other finance-focused internships, complemented by a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School.
