David Foster is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project and site management. Currently serving as Project Manager and Site Manager at The Skillman Corporation since December 2022, David previously held the position of VP Construction Operations at Alderson Commercial Group, where responsibilities included overseeing all field operations and directing a team of superintendents and project managers. Prior roles include Director of Construction at Onyx+East, Regional Director at TK Constructors, Inc., and Director of Construction at Princeton Homes, Inc. David began a career in construction as a Construction Superintendent at Homes by John McKenzie and Trinity Home LLC. Educational background includes attending Greenwood Community High School.
