Aadarsh Agarwal

Aadarsh Agarwal currently serves as the Vice President of Growth & New Initiatives at Skillmatics since February 2024. Prior to this role, Aadarsh held the position of Category Manager at Nykaa from June 2022 to February 2024 and co-founded Car Swachh, India’s first 100% contactless car sanitization service, from July 2020 to February 2024. Aadarsh gained experience as a Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company in 2021 and as a Founder of a self-employed venture in garment care from December 2018 to March 2020. Aadarsh also served as Vice President of Operations at Delta Step Learning Pvt. Ltd. from July 2017 to December 2018 and completed a student internship at Vodafone in early 2017. Aadarsh holds a Postgraduate Degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata, alongside being a Level 3 candidate at the CFA Institute.
