Skill Mill is a specialized recruitment consultancy focused on connecting elite culinary and hospitality talent with luxury hotel brands and premier service providers. Founded by Sandeep Singh, the agency is built on the philosophy that "Each human is special". We operate as a professional gateway, leveraging multi-channel funnels—including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cultivating our own job platform—to identify and vet high-potential professionals for the hospitality industry.
Our Mission: Growth-Centric Placement
At Skill Mill, we believe that recruitment goes beyond filling a single vacancy. We are committed to the professional journey of every individual who connects with us:
Individualized Career Alignment: We strive to place every candidate into their most suited role to ensure sustainable career growth, regardless of whether a specific client requirement is immediately available.
