For more than 120 private equity players and financial institutions, we’ve executed more than 400 due diligences, managed about 180 M&A deals and supported 16 IPOs with a total transaction volume surpassing USD 6 billion. Our clientele includes 3i, Advent International, EQT, Franklin Templeton, General Atlantic, hg Capital, Iris Capital, Softbank and Warburg Pincus.
