John Mannion

John Mannion is currently the Executive Director of the ARC Hub for ICT at Technological University Dublin and serves as a Director on the Board of Skillnet Ireland, where they are the Ministerial Representative and Chair of the Evaluation and Performance Monitoring Committee. Previously, John held significant leadership roles including President of Trinity College Dublin Students' Union and Interim General Manager at the Union of Students in Ireland, as well as various positions at Accenture, where they defined strategies in health and public service. John has obtained multiple master's degrees in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore and The University of Tokyo, and a bachelor's degree in History from Trinity College Dublin.
