Michael Searcy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communication consulting and real estate. As the Founder and Executive Consultant of Communication Resource Consulting, Inc. since 2004, Michael has provided executive-level consulting and AI strategy services. Concurrently, in 2023, Michael became the Branch Managing Broker for Equity Real Estate and a Mortgage Loan Officer for Xpert Home Lending, Inc., focusing on team leadership, sales growth, and the implementation of AI-driven strategies in real estate. Michael has also served in various licensed real estate broker roles across multiple firms, enhancing client satisfaction through innovative approaches. In addition to real estate, Michael has held academic and training positions, including as an Adjunct Communication Professor and Corporate Trainer, emphasizing communication and leadership development.
