Bernhard Hoffmann

Bernhard Hoffmann is an accomplished engineering and business development professional with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Head of New Business Development at SkillReal and Founder of Bernhoff LLC, Bernhard previously held the position of Vice President of Global Product Development and Engineering at United States Steel Corporation, where responsibilities included overseeing research and development efforts. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Shiloh Industries, various key positions at Chrysler, and technical leadership roles at DaimlerChrysler. Bernhard holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and engineering degrees from Technische Universität Graz.
