SkillScan — AI-powered hiring intelligence, built in London.
SkillScan replaces static interview questionnaires with adaptive, conversation-driven AI interviews that adjust in real time to both the vacancy and the candidate.
One engine, two products:
For candidates (B2C)
Upload your CV, drop in a job description, and rehearse against the actual expectations of that role. Get an honest pass-probability score, structured feedback on your strengths and weak spots, and three free interviews to start.

For HR teams (B2B Partner Portal)
Publish a vacancy, define focus topics and topics to avoid, and let SkillScan screen every applicant before any human time is spent. Each candidate card gives you a video recording, an AI score with reasoning, and a full analytics view of your funnel — pass rates, bottlenecks, average waiting time, AI-to-offer conversion.
What makes SkillScan different:
• Deep personalisation — interviews are generated from the actual vacancy and CV, not a template.
• Live behavioural analysis — the AI reacts to how a candidate answers, not just what they say.
• Smart clarifying questions — we probe depth of knowledge, not surface recognition.
• Real conversational logic — a true dialogue, not a fixed script.
Four B2B tiers from Free Starter to Enterprise. Multilingual at launch (English, Russian, Ukrainian) with European language packs on the roadmap.
Partners, not customers. Evidence, not guesswork.
