Most hiring problems start before recruitment begins.
Companies jump straight to who to hire, without clearly defining what work needs to be done and whether it should be done by a person or by AI. That question used to be theoretical. It isn't anymore.

What Skillset does
Skillset is a business-first operating system for hiring. Every search starts with a structured brief that aligns the hiring manager and recruiter on the role, expected outcomes, and sourcing strategy before a job description is written.
AI works across every stage: sourcing, screening by context rather than keywords, communication across all channels in one thread, and structured assessment.
Internal candidate databases are searched contextually against every new role: strong candidates from past searches re-enter the funnel automatically.

Who uses it
Hiring managers use Skillset to turn business goals into clearly scoped roles and align with HR before the search starts, not after the third rejected shortlist.
Recruiters use Skillset to work from a clear decision framework, apply AI where it genuinely adds value, and get early signals when a role or market strategy isn't working.

How it's priced
No per-seat licensing. No limits on team size or open roles. You pay for the volume of work, not for access. As hiring scales, pricing scales with it.

What Skillset is not
Not an ATS. Not a recruitment agency. Not a job board or CV database. Not a JD generator. Not a CV-to-job-opening matching tool.

We don't automate hiring chaos. We prevent it.
