Skillset is the AI platform for IT and product support teams.

Built on an integrated ticketing system and knowledge base, Skillset agents resolve your toughest requests autonomously or copilot sensitive ones. You decide based on the access you grant.

You can get started in minutes. Connect your tools and channels, sync your existing knowledge and ticketing system, then let Skillset take it from there. It learns your procedures and style as it works.

Backed by Gradient Ventures, First Harmonic, Lombardstreet Ventures, and angels from DeepMind, Snowflake, and Adyen.
