Graham Jones

Graham Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Trust & Safety and operations management. At Skillshare, Graham currently serves as Director of Data & Operations, overseeing the design and operations of Trust & Safety domains while implementing strategies to mitigate risks and enhance user safety. Prior roles at Kickstarter included Trust & Safety Lead, where Graham managed a team focused on payments fraud and account security, and Trust & Safety Analyst, conducting investigations and supporting the community. Earlier career experience includes serving as Technical Coordinator at Leroy & Clarkson, providing technical support and establishing best practices for various projects. Graham holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts from The Evergreen State College.
