Rowena Morais is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, communication, and employability training. As Founder and Managing Director of Digital Confluence since September 2019, Rowena specializes in enhancing brand positioning and digital strategies for small businesses. In addition to leading IABC Canberra as President, Rowena has served on the board and in various communication roles, fostering community and professional development. Rowena also functions as an Employability Skills Trainer and Assessor with Asuria Training, empowering job seekers through customized workshops. As an Employability Coach and Mentor, Rowena guides mid-level to senior professionals in their career advancement. Furthermore, Rowena serves as Lead Editor at The Martec, managing global writing teams and collaborating with prestigious clients. Rowena is also a course creator on Skillshare and has founded the Thrive Meetup for women professionals. With a legal background and ongoing educational pursuits, Rowena holds multiple degrees, including law qualifications from the University of South Wales and the University of Malaya, alongside a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
