Sara Lagares has a diverse professional background starting from working as an Academic Tutor at Operation Exodus Inner City, Inc. to transitioning into the culinary world as a Pastry Chef at The Pines. Sara then honed their skills further at The Modern as a Line Cook and later as a Pastry Cook, focusing on classic French pastry plating techniques. Sara eventually moved into the tech industry, working at Apple as a Genius for hardware and software repair, then at ASCAP as an Information Technology System Engineer, and currently at Skillshare as a Sr IT Engineer. Throughout their career, Sara has shown a strong dedication to learning and excelling in various fields.
