Addie Smits is an experienced executive and coaching professional with a diverse background in leadership development and organizational success. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Skillsoft since October 2022, Addie has also been a Professional Life and Leadership Development Coach at AJS Coaching since March 2017. Previously, Addie worked as a Success Coach at iPEC Coaching from January 2020 to July 2023 and held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago from June 2003 to March 2018.
