Andy Nickolls

Andy Nickolls is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for EMEA Direct at Skillsoft since July 1998. At Skillsoft, a leading provider of cloud-based learning and performance support resources, Andy contributes to enabling organizations to gain competitive advantages through enhanced knowledge and skills. Prior to Skillsoft, Andy was an Account Manager at Thorn Emi Business Communications from 1988 to 1992. In February 2025, Andy briefly engaged in freelance work as a Director of Compliance Solutions while exploring new opportunities. Andy holds a degree from the University of Nottingham and completed secondary education at Furze Platt Comprehensive in Maidenhead.
