Becky Castro, CPCC, PCC, is a seasoned executive leadership and business coach with over 38 years of experience. Currently serving as a Certified Executive Leadership & Business Coach at Skillsoft since October 2021, Becky specializes in leadership development, utilizing a Co-Active coaching approach. In addition, Becky operates BeckyCastro.com, providing innovative training and speaking engagements focused on addressing domestic violence (DV) and sexual assault (SA). Previous experience includes running ILoveMondayMornings.com, coaching executives and business owners, and serving as a Business Development Coach at Business Breakthroughs International, trained by industry leaders like Tony Robbins. Becky started a creative design business, Design and Lettering, prior to her coaching career. Educational credentials include certifications from the Coaches Training Institute and the Co-Active Leadership Program, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Hampshire College.
