Beth Egan

Beth Egan, MBA, PCC, is an accomplished executive coach and the founder of Coaching Energy, Inc., specializing in growth mindset coaching for leaders since November 2013. Egan's diverse experience includes roles as an executive coach for Skillsoft and Lee Hecht Harrison, where coaching C-suite and senior executives in transformation projects was a key focus. Egan has also served as an adjunct executive coach and succession consultant at DDI and has held significant marketing leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Director of Commercial Capabilities and Director of Strategic Marketing. Prior experience includes roles at PriMedia, Inc., where Egan led the development of ApartmentGuide.com, and at Altria, handling brand management and trade marketing. Egan holds an MBA from Mercer University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, with ongoing studies in Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.
