Bhaskar Deka is an accomplished leader in product management and AI, currently serving as the Global VP of Product Management - AI & Learner Experience at Skillsoft since March 2025. With expertise spanning multiple industries, Bhaskar held key positions such as GVP of Product Management & General Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, where leadership involved innovating in talent experience and receiving recognition as a Top100 HR Tech influencer in 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Skupos Inc., Xtime, Informatica, Pfizer, and Oracle Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from leading cross-functional teams and managing significant product lines to architecting technology roadmaps.
