Carol Hallowell

Carol Hallowell is an experienced software quality assurance professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Principal Software QA Engineer at Skillsoft since May 2002, Carol previously held the position of Senior QA Engineer within the same company. Prior to Skillsoft, Carol was the QA Manager at Puma Technology from 1997 to 2002, and held management roles in QA and technical support at Aimtech from 1992 to 1997. Carol's career began as a Senior QA/2nd Level Support Engineer at Sales Technologies and as a QA Engineer at Wang, both between 1988 and 1992. Carol earned an MSCIS in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University from 1983 to 1988 and a BS in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1979 to 1983.
