Cathy Warner is an experienced Learning Consultant and Project Manager with a diverse background in the field of learning and development. Currently serving as a Learning Consultant at Skillsoft since July 2019 and a Project Manager at LearnQuest since September 2018, Cathy has previously held significant roles at Intellinex OS-PS, Inc., and Intrepid Learning. Notably, positions included Learning & Development Senior Consultant/Director/Manager at Intellinex, along with Project Manager responsibilities at United Concordia.
