Cindy Miller has over 25 years of experience in customer success and learning management, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Skillsoft since 2002, where Cindy has held various roles including Sr. Customer Success Manager and Sr. Learning Consultant. Prior to Skillsoft's acquisition of SmartForce in 2002, Cindy worked as a Learning Manager at SmartForce and contributed significantly to Duke Realty from 1996 to 2000 as a Training Manager, overseeing a substantial budget and managing a team supporting multiple locations. Additionally, Cindy held the position of Sr. Learning Consultant and Trainer at EDS from 1994 to 1996, demonstrating expertise in curriculum development and training environments. Cindy holds a BA in Education from Indiana University Indianapolis, complemented by previous studies at the University of Central Arkansas.
