Dan Roberts is an experienced leadership consultant and strategic change advisor, currently operating Impactful Performance since June 2021. With roles as a Leadership/Executive Coach at Skillsoft and BetterUp, Dan specializes in executive coaching for client members. Prior experience includes serving as an Enterprise Agile Transformation-Change Management Leader at Wells Fargo, where Dan led comprehensive Agile Transformation initiatives, and as a Senior Change Management Consultant at North Highland and Mutual of Omaha, focusing on optimizing solutions and coaching teams towards customer-driven product development. Dan also has a background in business development and change management leadership at FirstLight HomeCare and Bank of America. A graduate of The Ohio State University and The University of Akron, Dan holds a bachelor's degree in Business/Industrial Organizational Psychology and has continued professional development through Coach University since 2012.
