Dave Small

Dave Small is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales leadership, currently serving as Regional Vice President of NA & EMEA Account Management at Skillsoft since September 2017. In this role, Dave leads the SMB Sales Division within Customer Success, focusing on empowering Acquisition, Growth, and Sales Development teams. Prior roles at Skillsoft include Manager of SMB Customer Growth, where oversight of a team resulted in the retention and growth of customer accounts, particularly within SMB, Mid-Market, and education sectors. Prior to Skillsoft, Dave held various positions at Pearson, culminating as Executive Account Manager, achieving significant portfolio growth in a challenging market. Early career experiences include teaching English at Webster Central School District and marketing at Nothnagle Realtors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology from Boise State University and a Master’s in Adolescent Education from St. John Fisher College.
