David Galvin

David Galvin serves as the Director of State, Local Government and Education Sales at Skillsoft since February 2025. Prior to this, David held the position of Director of Software Sales and Consulting for Government Sales Operations at Millennium Satellite and Video from May 2024 to March 2025. At Level Access, between September 2022 and February 2024, David was the Team Lead for the Public Sector Sales, where responsibilities included setting strategic sales plans and developing marketing initiatives. David's experience also includes serving as an Enterprise Account Executive for Federal Government agencies at Granicus and a sales role at Fleetio. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Dayton, earned in January 1995.
