Dr. Mbithe Anzaya, ACC, serves as a BCA Coach and Nairobi Cohort Facilitator at BCA Leadership since December 2021 and is the CEO and Founder of Kaskazini Coaching - Africa since March 2020, where the mission centers on fostering 360-degree actualization in personal and professional attributes. With a distinguished career encompassing roles such as Executive Coach at Skillsoft and Member of the Advisory Board for SNDBX, Dr. Anzaya has facilitated numerous leadership and coaching initiatives, including workshops and peer learning labs. Accomplishments include becoming a Zanga Certified Coach and being featured in Business Daily for insights on executive coaching. Dr. Anzaya’s previous experiences include leading the Kenya Airways Academy, serving as an Assistant Professor at United States International University - Africa, and contributing to significant projects in Africa’s coaching and leadership sectors. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Strategic Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master's Degree from Kenyatta University.
