Drew McCrary

Drew McCrary is an experienced organizational leader and educator with a robust background in training and development across various sectors. As the founder of Growth In Sight since May 2020, Drew has also served as an eCornell Course Facilitator for Emotional Intelligence and Project Leadership at Cornell University and as an Executive Coach at Skillsoft since January 2022. Previous roles include Executive Facilitator at Round, Head of Training and Operations at Upwork, and staff development at the California School Employees Association (CSEA). Prior experience includes significant roles at UC Irvine, American Councils for International Education, and the Peace Corps, where Drew effectively managed programs and initiatives focused on leadership development and education. Drew holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from UC Irvine.
