Elyse Childs

Elyse Childs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Skillsoft since March 2024, Elyse previously held the position of Senior Advisor People Systems at Queensland Rail and worked as a People Initiatives Specialist at Corporate Travel Management AU/NZ. Prior roles include Unit People and Culture Manager and Unit People and Culture Generalist at IKEA, as well as leadership roles at Topdeck Travel, where Elyse was the Head of Operations and Global PeopleConnect Leader. Early career experience includes customer service and operational roles in the hospitality industry. Elyse holds a certificate in hairdressing from TAFE and has a Northern Territory Certificate of Education from Darwin High School.
