Fady Ealia

Fady EALIA is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Organizational Excellence at eNovate since January 2025 and as a Senior Trainer and Consultant at Skillsoft since March 2016. Prior roles include Head of Strategy Management & Innovation and Transformation Governance Manager at Credit Agricole Egypt, and IT QA - Certification Officer at CIB Egypt. Fady's earlier experience includes positions such as Business Skills Program Manager and Project Manager/Senior Instructor at Global Knowledge Middle East & Africa, and Business Applications Implementation Analyst at Pfizer. Fady began a solid foundation in project coordination at As-Salam International Hospital and an internship at the Information Technology Institute.
