Ikoima Eriakha

Ikoima Eriakha PMP is an experienced Learning Consultant specializing in PMP training delivery, with a notable tenure at Skillsoft since February 2017, focusing on learning program management and LMS administration. Prior to this, Ikoima held various roles at British American Tobacco from February 2006 to January 2016, including Service Level Manager for West Africa Markets, where responsibilities encompassed incident and problem management, and IT Services Coordinator, among other IT support roles. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative/Public Relations Officer at CUMI Medical Centre from May 2004 to January 2006. Ikoima holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Calabar, completed in 2004, and attended Air Force Girls' Military School in Jos, Nigeria from 1991 to 1997.
