Jane Nicolette, MEd, is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across various roles. Currently, as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Skillsoft since April 2017, Jane consults with clients on learning strategy and program development. Prior to this, Jane spent over 18 years at BNY Mellon, where responsibilities included serving as Global Head of Professional Development, overseeing a team that delivered training to over 50,000 employees, and leading efforts in Learning & Development for Treasury Services. Earlier roles at BNY Mellon focused on instructional design and training management, while Jane's career began with managing training programs for the Air & Waste Management Association. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from John Carroll University and a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh.
