Janelle Woo, CPCC, PCC, is a seasoned coach and consultant with extensive experience in leadership coaching, organizational design, and financial analysis. Since July 2013, Janelle has served as the Principal at Cedar Mountain Coaching and Consulting, focusing on enhancing leadership, confidence, and work-life balance for executives and change-makers. Janelle also holds leadership coaching roles at Skillsoft and bluSPARC™, as well as co-founding Coach Social Change, which offers coaching skills courses for non-profit professionals. Additionally, Janelle is a Premier Fellow Coach with BetterUp, promotes coaching at Graydin, and has contributed to career development through roles at Prosper and The Nest. Earlier career experience includes managing programs at the Calgary Homeless Foundation and consulting at Centrepoint. Janelle earned a B.Comm in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Haskayne School of Business.
