Katie Phillips has over two decades of experience in customer engagement and sales, currently serving as the RVP of UKI Customer Growth at Skillsoft since July 2007. In this role, Katie leads a team of Account Executives focusing on the UK and Ireland markets, driving growth and aligning services with customer needs. Previously, as a Customer Sales Director, Katie collaborated with global organizations to implement innovative learning solutions that enhance productivity and performance. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Account Manager at Thomson NETg. Katie holds an HND in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Management from Gloucestershire College of Arts and Technology.
