Letitia Seglah

Letitia Seglah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning consultancy, business transformation, and digital innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Consultant at Skillsoft, Letitia manages enterprise learning programme delivery and helps clients optimise learning solutions. Prior roles include Head of Learning and Programmes at Do it Now Now, where strategic development and delivery were key responsibilities, and Founder and CEO of Lively Tuition, focused on innovative approaches to literacy and numeracy. Letitia has also contributed as a consultant for the Centre for Public Impact and the European Court of Auditors, and held positions with significant responsibilities at MUFG, BlackRock, and HSBC, leading digital transformation and regulatory change initiatives. Letitia holds degrees from Cambridge Judge Business School, LSE, and the University of Westminster.
